About the BSM SJH Archive

The British School of Milan Sir James Henderson archive has been created by the School’s Development Office to preserve and make available core historical records of the School from 1969 forward. This archive was created to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the founding of The British School of Milan Sir James Henderson.

The BSM SJH Development Office actively collects and preserves historically significant records documenting the planning and growth of the campus, the development of the School, faculty and student life, and community relations.

Contemporary records are created and collected during each academic year. These consist of photographs, posters, newsletters, yearbooks, brochures, video and audio recordings, school uniform and a variety of other materials.

Material for BSM SJH Archive is collected by the Development and Alumni Office in conjunction with the Marketing Department, Yearbook Team and with the precious contribution from staff, parents, students and alumni.

If you would like to share a photograph or submit an item to preserve, please contact us at development@bsm.school.
