IB Results 2025
BSM students achieved outstanding results in the IB examinations:
- 37 average points score
- 100% pass and 98% achieving above the historic world average, this is the highest performance on record for BSM
- One-third of the students achieved 40+ points
- 90% of students gained the points required for automatic acceptance to their first choice university and
- One fifth of the students secured a place at an Ivy League and Oxbridge university

Excellent Results
Congratulations to BSM students for their excellent results in the Esame di Stato (Terza Media).
- 21% of students taking the exam with the BSM scored 10
- 7% achieved the absolute maximum 10 e lode
- 36% secured 9
- 43% gained 8 - no student scored less than 8
IB Certificate: BSM Top IB School in Italy
We were delighted to receive the official certificate confirming that the BSM attained Number 1 position in the IB League Table for Italy as well as being in the Top 10 in Europe.
Perfect IB Results
Congratulations to four BSM 2022 Leavers who achieved a maximum score of 45 points - placing them in the top 0.15% of IB students in the world.
Oxford, Cambridge, and Yale Successes
Congratulations to BSM Leavers who received offers from Oxford (4), Cambridge, Columbia and Yale gaining access to the most competitive universities in the world.
Oxford Successes

We are delighted to report that a BSM student has been awarded places at Columbia and Brown Universities, both members of the eminent Ivy League group of 8 Universities.

Congratulations to Year 11 students on their IGCSE results, which include the highest proportion of top grades on record and some outstanding individual performances.
